Consider access, the driveway, vegetation and combustible material around the home. Requirements and priorities vary by jurisdiction, site, and building.
Turn observations into an owned plan
Give each action an owner, a review date, and a maintenance interval. Keep evacuation preparation separate and follow official instructions. This guide is not a substitute for a local inspection.
