The initial customer hypothesis is a U.S. homeowner facing meaningful wildfire exposure and a willingness to invest in preparation. Insurance pressure may create urgency, but no insurance benefit is assumed. Product compatibility, installed cost, willingness to pay, and service capacity must determine the addressable market.

Measure stability, material behavior, seams, and coverage under controlled exposure. Define limitations from results.
Prove installation and serviceability
Evaluate roof loads, weather exposure, inspection, reset, maintenance, and safe operating procedures.
Evaluate supervised pilots
Only after appropriate safety review, assess real-property installation and operation with a defined test protocol.
The investment question
Can whole-building coverage become a practical installed product?
The potential advantage is a repeatable deployment architecture paired with installation and service knowledge. The hard questions are equally concrete: membrane mass and cassette volume, wind stability, perimeter gaps, building diversity, safe activation, durability, manufacturing cost, and homeowner demand.
