Wind-driven embers can reach roofs, vents, decks, and other vulnerable surfaces before the fire front arrives. PyroVeil's proposed approach keeps a deployable exterior layer stored on the building before an emergency.

One rooftop housing stores the exterior blanket
The proposed rooftop housing, or cassette, stores the folded system. Inflatable supports are intended to carry the blanket outward and down around the building.

Home hardening and defensible space form the foundation. PyroVeil is being developed as an additional exterior layer intended to deploy after evacuation, without a water supply or someone fitting a wrap during the emergency.

When will PyroVeil be available?
PyroVeil is in development and is not commercially available yet. Registering your interest is free. It is not a preorder or a confirmed pilot place, and we have not announced an availability date.
What happens when I request pilot access?
Our team reviews your contact details, property ZIP, and any information you choose to share. We may contact you about research or future pilot opportunities. Property compatibility and pilot selection still require review.
What will selected pilot participants receive?
Selected pilot participants will receive priority preorder access before the general public, plus a discount when preorders open. Registering your interest does not guarantee pilot selection, reserve a system, or place a preorder.
How will PyroVeil fit different homes?
The review will consider roof shape, the building footprint, attachments, surrounding ground, installation access, and maintenance needs. We are developing the system around different property types rather than assuming every home will fit.
