Airborne embers can expose a home before the fire front arrives. PyroVeil asks a practical question: could an installed, deployable exterior layer reduce the building's exposure after people evacuate?

The system
One cassette. A complete exterior envelope.
A weather-sealed apex cassette would release a folded blanket. Aircraft-slide-inspired inflatable beams would carry it radially outward and down around the building.

Will it fit my house?
Compatibility has not been established. Roof geometry, building footprint, projections, ground conditions, and access will all affect fit. We cannot confirm that a particular home is suitable from its ZIP code alone.
Does it replace home hardening or evacuation?
No. Defensible space, ember-resistant construction, and local evacuation instructions remain essential. PyroVeil is being developed as a potential additional exterior layer, not a shelter for people or a reason to delay evacuation.
