Homeowner inquiries

When you request pilot access, PyroVeil stores the information you submit so the team can evaluate fit and contact you. PyroVeil currently serves the United States market. We do not sell or share inquiry information for advertising.

Visitor measurement

PyroVeil uses first-party analytics to understand where homeowner interest is coming from. By default, we record page paths, approximate active time, landing source, browser family, operating system, device class, browser language, time zone, and viewport dimensions. Our server derives an approximate city, state, state code, country, and map point from the visitor's network address. Map coordinates are rounded to two decimal places and may represent an internet provider's network area rather than the visitor's physical location.

We do not collect GPS location, a street address, or an exact visitor location. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site identifiers, or browser fingerprinting. Full IP addresses are not stored; masked addresses are converted to one-way keyed values.

Your choice

Use the control below to stop analytics at any time. Opting out deletes the current anonymous session and prevents future measurement in that browser unless you enable it again. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals automatically keep measurement off.

Analytics preference

Turn anonymous first-party measurement on or off for this browser. Turning it off also deletes the current anonymous visitor session.

Analytics offThis browser will not be measured.

Retention and access

Raw visitor sessions and page journeys are retained for 90 days. Non-identifying daily totals may be retained for 13 months. Inquiry records are reviewed after 24 months without a meaningful business interaction. Security audit events are retained for 12 months. Authorized PyroVeil staff can access the private campaign system, and administrative actions are audited.

Service providers

The website and its private database are hosted on PyroVeil's isolated Vultr server. Approximate network location uses a locally stored, monthly updated DB-IP City Lite database, so visitor IP addresses are not sent to a geolocation API. DB-IP data has reduced coverage and accuracy. IP Geolocation by DB-IP. No advertising analytics provider is used. If email notifications are enabled, the selected mail provider processes the inquiry notification; the private campaign database remains the source of truth.
